1808 Matthew Horsley was born in Hartlepool, Co Durham, England. He was the son of John Horsley and Margaret Coulson.
1840 John Parkin Campbell married Mary Todner in St Mary & St Cuthbert's Church, Chester-le-Street, Co Durham. Mary was the daughter of Richard Todner and Eleanor Rutherford.
