1604     George Sewell married Jane FLECK at St Hilda's Church, Hartlepool, Co Durham, England. This was George's third marriage. George is my 10 x great-grandfather.

1642     John Sewell married Alis Williamson at St Hilda's Church, Hartlepool. John was the son of George Sewell, and this was John's third marriage. This couple are my 9 x great-grandparents.

1808     Ann Hudson was born in Sunderland, Co Durham. She was the daughter of George Hudson and Catherine Kerss.

1848     Elizabeth Darby was born at Freeman Street, Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.  She was the daughter of Henry Darby and Ellen Haywood.
