1777     Hugh Pugh was born in St Harmon, Radnorshire, Wales. He was the son of Hugh Pugh and Elizabeth Richards, and emigrated with his family to Ontario, Canada in the 1840s.

1830     Ann Todner Blench was born at Sheep Hill, Tanfield, Co Durham, England. She was the daughter of Wheatley Blench and Anne Todner.

1858     Emily Constance Hudson was born in Sunderland, Co Durham. She was the daughter of Ralph Milbank Hudson and Elizabeth Robson.
